1. Information EdgeForge collects
EdgeForge collects information you provide, including your name, email address, account credentials, alert preferences, saved fantasy rosters, private research-ledger entries, support communications and any voluntary reward-submission materials. EdgeForge also stores subscription references and status received from Stripe. Payment-card details are collected and handled by Stripe and are not stored by EdgeForge.
2. Site and device information
EdgeForge’s first-party analytics may record pages viewed, section interactions, referring site or campaign label, general device type and pseudonymous visitor and session identifiers. The identifiers are stored as hashes. EdgeForge does not record analytics when a browser sends the Do Not Track setting supported by the site.
3. Cookies
EdgeForge uses secure first-party cookies to keep users signed in, maintain an analytics session and distinguish repeat visits. Session cookies support account access and fraud prevention. Analytics cookies help the owner understand which pages and campaigns bring visitors to the site.
4. How information is used
Information is used to create and secure accounts, provide subscription access, deliver requested features and alerts, process and reconcile billing, preserve private results, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, measure site performance and improve EdgeForge. EdgeForge does not use account information to place wagers.
5. When information is shared
EdgeForge shares information with service providers only as needed to operate the platform, such as Stripe for billing and infrastructure or communication providers for requested services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users and the service, or in connection with a legitimate business transfer subject to applicable safeguards. EdgeForge does not knowingly sell personal information.
6. Security
Passwords are salted and hashed. Sensitive connection values and account email addresses are encrypted or hashed where supported by the service design. Connections use secure transport, and payment details remain with Stripe. No online system can promise absolute security, so use a unique password and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
7. Retention and choices
Information is retained for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain legitimate business and security records, satisfy legal obligations and resolve disputes. You may cancel the subscription through Stripe’s customer portal. You may also request access, correction or deletion of eligible account information by contacting EdgeForge. Some records may be retained when legally or operationally required.
8. Age restriction
EdgeForge is intended only for adults age 21 or older where permitted. EdgeForge does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. Contact the service email if you believe an ineligible person created an account.
9. External services and links
EdgeForge may display information from or link to third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Review those policies before providing information directly to another service.
