Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and acceptance
By creating an account, starting a trial or using EdgeForge Props, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 21 years old and may use the service only where permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Research service—not a sportsbook
EdgeForge provides sports market information, price comparisons, research rankings, parlay research, fantasy tools, alerts and private results tracking. EdgeForge does not accept wagers, hold wagering funds, place bets, connect to a user’s sportsbook account or guarantee any outcome. You are solely responsible for any decision made using the service.
3. Accounts and security
Provide accurate account information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify service@edgeforgeprops.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You may not share access, probe the service for vulnerabilities, automate abusive requests or interfere with other users.
4. Trial, price and renewal
The EdgeForge Pro offer includes a seven-day trial followed by a recurring charge of $49.99 USD per month unless canceled before the trial ends. By starting the trial, you authorize Stripe to collect the payment method and process recurring subscription charges. Taxes may apply where required.
5. Cancellation and billing
You may manage or cancel the subscription through the Stripe customer portal made available through your EdgeForge account. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first monthly charge. A cancellation stops future renewals according to the effective date shown in the portal; it does not reverse a charge already completed. Billing questions should be sent promptly to the service email.
6. Market information and availability
Sportsbook prices, schedules, player information, scores and results can change, be delayed or contain provider errors. Markets may be unavailable because of season schedules, geographic limits, provider coverage or third-party outages. Always verify the current line, price, event status and sportsbook rules directly before acting.
7. Rankings and historical results
PRIME, WATCH, PASS, value, reliability and similar labels describe EdgeForge’s market-derived research rules. They are not promises, professional advice or guarantees of profit. Historical wins, losses, ROI, closing-line movement or other results do not predict future performance.
8. Responsible use
Do not use EdgeForge to chase losses, wager borrowed money or exceed personal money and time limits. EdgeForge may restrict or terminate access for illegal, fraudulent or abusive use. If gambling is causing harm, stop and review the responsible gambling resources.
9. Intellectual property
The EdgeForge name, interface, original text, ranking presentation and software are owned by or licensed to EdgeForge Props. Your subscription provides a limited, personal, revocable right to use the service. You may not copy, resell, scrape, reverse engineer or redistribute substantial portions of the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
10. Third-party services
EdgeForge relies on third parties for payment processing, hosting, sports information, communications and related functions. Their services and terms are separate. References or links to sportsbooks do not make EdgeForge the operator of those services, and availability does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee.
11. Affiliate program
Approved affiliates receive a unique referral link and earn 10% of successful subscription revenue actually collected from customers first attributed to that link, excluding tax when separately identified. Trials, $0 invoices, failed payments, refunded payments, chargebacks, fraud and self-referrals do not earn commission and may be deducted before payout. Payout timing and method are agreed separately with EdgeForge. Affiliates must describe EdgeForge truthfully, disclose the affiliate relationship where required and comply with applicable advertising laws and platform rules. Participation does not create employment, partnership or guaranteed earnings. EdgeForge may pause or end participation for misuse and affiliates remain responsible for their own taxes.
12. Disclaimers and limitation
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. EdgeForge does not warrant uninterrupted access, complete data coverage or error-free information. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EdgeForge is not responsible for wagering losses, lost opportunities, indirect damages or decisions made using delayed, changed or incomplete information. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
13. Changes and contact
EdgeForge may update these Terms to reflect service, legal or operational changes. The updated date will appear on this page. Material changes may also be communicated through the service. Questions can be sent to service@edgeforgeprops.com.
